On October 24th, Caitlin Wright, Chemical Engineer at the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) and a recognized leader in diversity, inclusion, and culture transformation, took the stage at the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) National Conference. As the largest global gathering of women in engineering and technology, the SWE Conference draws nearly 20,000 participants for three days of cutting-edge industry insights, leadership development, and networking opportunities.
